Jonathan Sheena is a co-founder of Natera. Sheena has served as a member of our board of directors since 2007 and served as our chief technology officer from 2007 to December 2020.
In 1999, Sheena co-founded PhoneSpots Inc. (formerly PocketThis Inc.), a mobile technology company serving mobile carriers worldwide. From June 1999 to December 2007, Sheena held various roles at PhoneSpots Inc., including vice president of product management and chief technology officer.
Sheena holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and computer science, and a Master of Engineering in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
